Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, absolutely! This service is meant to add joy to your life … not stress you out. We make it easy for you to pause your subscription temporarily, which is always helpful if you’re on vacation or just need a little break.
Can I customize the roasts I receive?
Yup. When you sign up, you’re given a chance to share your preferences. If you’re open to trying anything, we’ll send you a different variety every time to rotate through your offerings. We even include limited release coffees that we do not offer anywhere else. Also, if you can't get enough of one specific roast, we'll only send that coffee for every shipment!
Can I gift a subscription to someone else?
Most definitely. You can select 3 months, 6 months, or any variation of length to gift to someone else. You would add your credit card to the ordering process and their address and we would make sure they receive your gift! (Also… you’re such a nice person.)
