The Swiss Water process uses pure green coffee extract and proprietary carbon technology to remove caffeine from green coffee beans. Swiss Water uses carbon filters to remove only the caffeine molecules from the extract, leaving behind as much of the original coffee flavor inherent in each bean. This process is 100% organic and chemical free.
